Build applicant database by researching and contacting corresponding entities
Providing relevant information as well as maintaining rapport
Facilitate end-to-end Recruitment Processes to fulfill human capital or talent requests from Business Units
Provide and analyze an effective and efficient output of work / sourcing method to meet the companies needs
Supporting operational recruitment in Head Office/Regional (Sulawesi & Kalimantan) and general recruitment administration
Persyaratan:
Maximum age 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology or any related majors from reputable university
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Very familiar and able to use Microsoft Office & Outlook is mandatory
Capable for administrative task
Have good initiative, quick response and able to work in high pressure
Multi tasking and good analytical thinking
Applicants must be willing to work in Makassar
Willing to travel if necessary
